Here's a good tip. If you need to smoke in the winter, keep it well insulated, and you'll lose a lot less heat.

Ever since I got a smoker, I'm finding myself using it more and more often instead of my grill. It makes the flavors go in deeper, and it also also keeps things from getting burned and charred.
